1.  Can the E-Sphere® Simple NA Kit be used to extract human DNA?

E-Sphere® Simple NA Kit will extract DNA from all cells within a sample.  Testing of E-Sphere® Simple NA Kit for extraction of human DNA has not been thoroughly tested; however human DNA & RNA should be present in the extract.

2.  Can the E-Sphere® Simple NA Kit extract DNA & RNA?

E-Sphere® Simple NA Kit is designed to extract total nucleic acid from a variety of samples.

3.  Can the E-Sphere® Simple NA Kit be automated?

E-Sphere® Simple NA Kit is designed to be easy to use and rapid, proving to be as fast and simple as many automated systems.  Additional improvements to the kit will be explored, including methods to further reduce hands-on and procedural times, as well as high throughput extraction.
