R-Sphere® Assays

- R-Sphere® CG Assay - The first product in the R-Sphere® line, the R-Sphere® CG Assay, will quickly identify Cryptosporidium and Giardia from stool samples. This product is now available for investigational use only in the United States.

- E-Sphere® UNEX Buffer - E-Sphere® UNEX Buffer is a universal nucleic acid extraction (UNEX) buffer that is used to extract DNA and RNA from viruses, bacteria, and parasites from enteric, environmental, and food samples. This buffer was developed by CDC and is now available for purchase from Phthisis Diagnostics.
- E-Sphere® Simple NA Kit - The first product in the E-Sphere® line, the E-Sphere® Simple NA Kit, quickly and easily extracts high quality nucleic acids from various sample types. Even difficult samples such as stool and water.
- E-Sphere® Simple DNA Kit (Coming Soon) - The E-Sphere® Simple DNA Kit will quickly and easily extract high quality DNA from various sample types. Designed specifically for use with Phthisis’ R-Sphere® Assays product line.
