Phthisis Diagnostics’ Management Team

Crystal Icenhour, PhD - President & Chief Science Officer – Dr. Icenhour has extensive training in pathogen detection and molecular biology. She has performed infectious disease research for more than 10 years. Dr. Icenhour trained at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Mayo Clinic, and Duke University Medical Center in infectious diseases. Additionally, Dr. Icenhour served as the Chair of the National Postdoctoral Association in 2008, which included managing staff and directors, reviewing and approving financials, fundraising, and serving as the public face of the organization. At Phthisis Diagnostics, Dr. Icenhour provides leadership, develops short/long-term corporate strategies, develops strategic partnerships, and ensures financial goals are met. She also leads and directs the Research & Development Team.

Suzan McKay – Office Manager  – Ms. McKay has several years experience with office administration at both the corporate and entrepreneurial level, providing internal and client support in all facets of business, including documentation, bookkeeping, and customer relations. Ms McKay is also responsible for developing and maintaining the Quality Management system for Phthisis Diagnostics and ensuring that the highest quality standards are maintained.
